Harte Civil Engineering was established by Pat Harte with a clear vision: to provide reliable, high-quality civil engineering services. Starting with local groundworks, we quickly earned a reputation for getting the job done properly — on time and without fuss.
During a difficult economic period, we made the strategic move into the UK market. This allowed us to grow our client base, take on larger projects, and strengthen our long-term position across both regions.
In 2020, John Tully joined as Commercial Director, bringing a wealth of experience in infrastructure delivery. In 2022, David Higgins came on board as UK Commercial Director, further enhancing our commercial and operational capability.
With offices in Dublin and Birmingham, we now deliver a wide range of projects across sectors including housing, commercial, data centres, aviation, and utilities. Our own plant and experienced team give us the flexibility and control to deliver efficiently and safely — whatever the job.
