- Excavate, install drainage/ducting, install foundation Pad for 66 ICF units
- Bulk Excavation & removal of 10,000 cubic metres of Muck
- Excavate, install & backfill 650m3 attenuation tank
- Excavate, lay and test 1370 metres of mainline Storm and Foul drainage up to 3.5m BGL
