- Site Development Infrastructure incl all services, paths and haul roads.
- Crop & prep 650 piled pad foundations incl removal & tip
- Bulk Excavation & removal of 10,000 cubic metres of Muck
- Place & compact 26,000 tons of imported stone
- Prep, place & finish 2,500 cubic metres of concrete
- Excavate, lay and test 2,100 metres of Storm and Foul drainage up to 3.5m BGL
