Project Overview
Complete civil works including demolition, drainage, ducting, and haul roads on a fully operational university campus.
Scope of Works:
- Site Development Infrastructure incl all services, paths and haul roads.
- Demolition and removal of ex drainage system
- Bulk Excavation & removal of 20,000 cubic metres of Material
- Place & compact 2,000 tons of imported stone
- Prep, place & finish 450 cubic metres of concrete
- Excavate, lay and test 750 metres of Storm and Foul drainage up to 3m BGL
- Excavate and place Water, Electrical and CCTV services
- Prep & Place 460m of Kerbs and 750m2 of Pavements
