Job Details
Due to expansion Harte Civil Engineering Limited, seeks to hire a Quantity Surveyor on a fulltime permanent position.
This role will entail quantity surveying on multi-million euro projects entailing tasks such as valuations, claims, cost management, subcontractor management, procurement and pricing works. Estimating for new tenders will form a vital task within the role.

Requirements:
- Must Hold a BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
- K Min 3-5years of recent practical experience in a project QS/Estimating role in IRL or UK Must have excellent knowledge in MS Office skills
- K Must have the ability to Multi-Task
- Good Organisational skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Preferable have a proven ability to prepare and price civil tenders
- Preferable but not essential to be a member of the society of chartered surveyors.
